Dr. Frolov grew up in Portland, Oregon and attended Portland State University, where he studied biomedical physics and Spanish. He then moved to Boise, Idaho to study medicine at the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medical school and healthcare administration at Idaho State University. Afterwards, he continued his journey east and trained in the Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine residency program in Lewisburg, West Virginia.
