Dr. Hussien Ballout is the visionary leader and founder of Evolutionary Healthcare, where he drives the organization’s mission to revolutionize patient care in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). With a deep commitment to integrating technology with innovative healthcare practices, Dr. Ballout has dedicated his career to elevating patient outcomes and transforming the delivery of care in post-acute settings. His leadership at Evolutionary Healthcare reflects his passion for pushing the boundaries of what is possible in patient care.

Dr. Ballout’s journey in medicine began with a strong academic foundation, earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George's University, following a dual major in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of Michigan, Dearborn. He further refined his clinical expertise during his residency and internship in Internal Medicine at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit. After years as a hospitalist, Dr. Ballout identified a critical need for improved care in SNFs, which led him to establish Evolutionary Healthcare. Under his leadership, the organization is at the forefront of merging cutting-edge technology with compassionate care, ensuring that SNF residents receive the highest standard of care and improved quality of life.
