A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Kara holds dual Master of Science degrees in Physician Assistant Studies and Nutritional Science & Dietetic Administration. She brings a clinically grounded, compliance-driven perspective to every initiative, bridging frontline practice with strategic oversight to support both clinical and administrative teams.

Before stepping into her current role, Kara held senior leadership positions in clinical operations and care delivery. Her work has consistently aligned operational efficiency with quality outcomes and regulatory excellence.
