Pam deWilde, DO

Medical Director - West Virginia Division

Pam deWilde, DO is a board-certified Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (ONMM) physician and Medical Director with Evolutionary Healthcare’s WV division, specializing in osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) and comprehensive neuromusculoskeletal care. She has extensive experience treating patients across the lifespan — from newborns to patients beyond 100 years of age — with a clinical background that includes both outpatient and inpatient practice settings.

Dr. deWilde provides hands-on neuromusculoskeletal evaluation and treatment while supporting interdisciplinary care teams focused on improving comfort, mobility, function, and recovery, particularly for patients in post-acute and long-term care environments. She is deeply driven by improving the quality of life of her patients through restoring structure and optimizing function using osteopathic manipulative treatment.

Dr. deWilde also serves as Program Director for the Greenbrier Valley Medical Center (GVMC) ONMM Residency, where she leads physician training in advanced osteopathic neuromusculoskeletal assessment and evidence-informed, patient-centered OMT. She is an assistant professor in the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) Department of Osteopathic Principles and Practice, and has overseen WVSOM’s Student OMM Clinic, expanding community access to osteopathic care while mentoring future physicians.

In addition to her clinical and academic roles, Dr. deWilde serves on national leadership committees for Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, contributing to the advancement of standards, education, and innovation within the specialty.

Originally from Southern New Jersey, Dr. deWilde earned a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from MCP Hahnemann/Drexel University, a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Delaware, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. She is proud to serve patients and families across southern West Virginia while advancing access to high-quality, hands-on osteopathic neuromusculoskeletal care through Evolutionary Healthcare.
